
Biography
Whether playing guitar and singing "Margaritaville" in a tiki bar on Hollywood Beach, FL or serving as a former federal prosecutor, Brent Tantillo draws from his life experiences to create unique musical stories.

Now working as a data analyst, Brent loves to dig into the details whether analyzing financial data or chord structures in songs, he brings the same passion and eye for detail in his songwriting and production work that he does writing code or digging into tough automation problems.

Having grown up in a small town outside of Houston called Tomball, Brent learned to love country music because it was all he heard around him. However, as he started digging into his parent's vinyl collection, Brent discovered The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, and the Beach Boys, among many others. His passion for creating unique melodies fusing his interests in numerous genres frove him to pick up the saxophone and guitar at a young age. Brent has continued his drive to create music as members of bands for the past 30 years. He is now attending Berklee College of Music to formalize his music training as he works to develop his skills in songwriting and prodution.
